21+ Policy: Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk31 immediately via live chat support. pk31 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. However, pk31 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting pk31 support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days subject to any outstanding withdrawal requests, bonus wagering requirements, or open KYC investigations. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method.
pk31 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any other activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its players.
Note: Account suspensions triggered by responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are treated under a separate, accelerated process. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of verification and cannot be reversed during the self-exclusion period selected by the player.
pk31 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in PKR unless the player elects to use the USDT TRC20 crypto option.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account review and suspension of withdrawal processing.
As a general rule, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This requirement supports pk31's anti-money laundering compliance obligations. A wager may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: technical failure affecting the integrity of a game round; cancellation of a sporting event without rescheduling within 72 hours; incorrect odds published due to manifest error; or where pk31's licensing authority directs void settlement for a specific event.
pk31 reserves the right to void and reverse any bet settled as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect team listings, or software errors — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled and funds credited to the account. In such circumstances, the erroneous settlement amount will be reversed and the original stake returned.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by pk31 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms apply to the matters they address.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk31's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk31 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk31 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; or gaming losses resulting from technical failures beyond pk31's reasonable control.
Important: Gambling involves inherent financial risk. pk31 does not guarantee any outcome of any game or betting market. Losses incurred through lawful gameplay do not constitute a liability of pk31 beyond the return of funds in circumstances where a game round is declared void under Section 6.4.
pk31 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available without interruption or error. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. pk31 will use reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime via platform notices and email where feasible.
pk31's collection, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the pk31 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by incorporation. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
In summary, pk31 collects personal data that is necessary to provide the Services — including registration data, transaction records, and device/session data — and uses it exclusively for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. pk31 does not sell personal data to third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk31 holds its international gaming licence.
